Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect the information you choose to enter — such as cycle dates, symptoms, mood logs, test results and questionnaire answers — plus technical data like device type and app usage events. Health data is only stored when you explicitly save it.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to generate personalised insights, predictions, reminders and product or program recommendations inside InnoCare FEM. ERA, the AI companion, may reference your saved context to give relevant answers.

3. Storage and security

By default your logs are stored locally on your device. If you sign in, encrypted data is synced to our backend so you can access it across devices. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Lawful basis

We process account and order data to perform our contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), health data only on the basis of your explicit consent (art. 9(2)(a)), and analytics or marketing only where you opt in. Withdrawing consent is possible at any time and does not affect processing carried out beforehand.

5. Retention

Health records are kept for as long as your account is active and deleted immediately on account erasure. Order and invoice records are retained for the statutory period required by tax law. Backups roll off within 30 days.

6. Processors

We use vetted processors for cloud hosting and database services, AI model inference for the ERA companion and photo test reading, push-notification delivery and, where you opt in, product analytics. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and processes data only on our instructions.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, export (portability), restrict, object to and erase your data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Export and permanent deletion are self-service in the Privacy section of your Profile screen. See also our security & compliance page.
